No dry rot - Vinyl & cushion in perfect condition. Very comfortable. NO TEARS - NO RIPS! Hardware included. Bolt on.

~ Hard to come by this seat. ~ Can easily be restored to mint condition.
~ Original paint needs a re-do - only thing wrong with it. Usable as is. Paint doesn't show much - it's all on bottom of seat.
